Sun Lounges/Orangries / How we Work
At
Fersina we offer a complete bespoke service and are happy to become involved
at whatever stage you need us. The first step is down to you. Once you have
decided that you would like to take the initial steps in enhancing your
home, then please call in to one of our offices. Here you will be met by
one of our experienced team who will show you the products we have available
and arrange a suitable time to visit you home for a consultation. This is
carried out completely free of charge and without obligation.
During
our visit to your home, our sale representative will spend the initial time
understanding what it is you’re hoping to achieve. Remember at Fersina
we design and manufacture every product bespoke for our client’s individual
needs. We do not have standard ‘kit’ sizes that we try and ‘fit’
your design into. Every product by Fersina is individual to you.
This first meeting is also your opportunity to ask all the questions you want. Will you require planning permission? How will you heat your conservatory? Who will fit your tiled flooring? Our experienced salesman will answer all you queries and at the end of your meeting will produce a detailed quotation and drawing of your dream conservatory.
Once
a final agreement on the project has been reached, a drawing and contract
of works must be signed and completed by you. Should your project require
planning permission or building warrant, our architect will contact you
and a detailed drawing will be submitted to the local council for approval
Once all the paperwork is in place and a start date agreed, a Fersina building team will prepare the foundations for your conservatory. At this stage a member of the Fersina production team will visit your project and take the exact measurements from your actual building work. This will then allow the manufacturing process to begin for your bespoke conservatory.
Once
manufactured, a team of Fersina fitters will transport the conservatory
to your home and start to assemble and glaze your conservatory. Fersina
have a team of internal specialists, including electrician, plumber and
decorator, all whom pride themselves in finishing your sun lounge or orangry
to the highest of standards. Your Fersina sun lounge or orangry is complete
to your individual specifications and the highest of standards. At Fersina
we pride ourselves on our after sales service and offer you a 10 year guarantee.
